The staff offered attentive service. I was immediately impressed. My room had a fridge and air conditioning, such a treat. I found the location very convenient with easy access to public transport. The tube offered a direct connection to central London, though the journey lasted around fifty minutes.
The towels in the bathroom were smaller than I expected.

Excellent Value and Convenient Location

i found the hotel to be a really good value. the room was spacious and well-equipped with a fridge and extra bed. the staff members were so lovely and kind.. also, the tube link straight into central london is nearby. it takes about 50 minutes to get into the centre.
the room was very cold, even with the fan heating. i also noticed there was no plug in the sink.

The staff was helpful. They helped with directions.
The bathroom door was very loose! i feared closing it. the breakfast i paid for wasn't great either. the eggs were overcooked. The bacon was crispy, and the beans were cold. Definitely not worth the extra money. also, there was hair on the showerhead and no toilet brush.

The staff were amazing and attentive. i managed to check in earlier than expected. It helped with the day. the location worked great for my trip.
The room was warm. there was no air con in the room i chose. That was disappointing. towels were very small and of bad quality.

the room was clean with good facilities like a kettle, tea, coffee, and tv i found an ironing board too the bathroom and shower were nice the tube station is only a short walk away. I was happy there was a police station nearby for added security. the staff gave excellent directions to wembley stadium.
